You paid to see this, so here it is. Below is everything we're planning to maybe build, in an order that may not reflect reality, with timelines that exist mostly for structure.
Nothing on this page is a commitment. Nothing on this page is new information. You're welcome.
We're exploring ways to make the support experience even less helpful, while feeling more premium. No specifics yet, because we haven't decided on specifics. This item has been "in consideration" since the company started.
Enterprise customers have asked for "more." We are aware of this. We are choosing not to define what "more" means at this time, so that we can avoid being held to it later.
A version of Tenbry you could be ignored from on the go. Currently exists as a single slide in a deck nobody has opened since it was made.
Right now, not resolving your ticket takes as long as it takes. We're scoping whether we can not-resolve it faster, which would be a genuine first for the industry.
We plan to go public. This has been our plan since the company started, and it will remain our plan regardless of revenue, profitability, market conditions, or whether any of the above roadmap items ship. Like most IPO timelines, this one is eighteen months away and will continue to be eighteen months away for as long as necessary.
We will establish primary jurisdiction over a federated lattice of interstellar end-to-end connection points, enabling sub-light latency-aware handoff across deep-space relay boundaries via a fully sovereign, self-attesting hold-state protocol. The entire lattice will run on next-generation blockchain infrastructure, which we expect will eliminate latency entirely — light-speed limitations notwithstanding. This unlocks cross-system ticket persistence at galactic scale, ensuring that no matter how far you travel, you will still be told you're next in queue, instantly. Hardware-agnostic. Quantum-aware. Fully reversible if needed.
If it's not listed above, it's not planned, scoped, or being discussed. This section exists so the page feels complete.
No hidden second page, no secret tier above this one. You paid for access to a roadmap, and a roadmap is what you got — five items, none of them specific, all of them honestly described. This is, in fact, more transparency than most roadmaps offer.
